What we collect

Names, email addresses, jersey numbers and positions that coaches or players enter; photos and card details players upload; the coach's shipping address. Payments are handled by Square — we never see or store card numbers.

Who can use SquadPack

Players must be 13 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created a card, email help@squadpack.net and we'll delete it.

How we use it

To build, print and ship your team's cards, to email invites and receipts, and to provide the optional AI features. Photos you choose to turn into caricatures are sent to our image provider to generate the artwork. Text you give the AI coach is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your card is visible to you, your team's coach and captains, and anyone you share your card link with. Team join pages show first names and last initials only. All team and card pages are hidden from search engines. Printed cards go to your team.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep card data so teams can reorder sets. Email help@squadpack.net to delete a card or a whole team; we'll remove photos and personal details within 30 days.
